Ang tagal na nito kabayan. Nakaka-inip at nakakatakot dahil sa nangyayari sa economy dito sa USA.

Any updates bro? Eventhough nangyayari sa states yan, they are still approving cases pre. malapit ka na pre, next in line na yan...

Sana nga p're magdilang anghel ka. Tagal talaga ng pag-approve ngayon before they usually only take like a maximum of 45 days to approve tapos kung may audit eh inaabot ng 60 days.

dencio, umaasa kami sa dilang anghel mo. Binabantayan ko nga ang June application kasi wala pa naaprove since June 5.
Yung sakin Aug19,2008, umusad lang ang June masya nako.. at least may pagasa, pero sa ngayon parang nakakaba talaga.

Hey Dencio, yeah I believe you're right. I received an email forwarded by my HR where it says that my case has been reviewed and will be certified. A formal certification letter will be sent to you and, where applicable, to your authorized agent via U.S. mail. If an agent or attorney is listed in section E of the application, the certified ETA Form 9089 will be sent to the agent or attorney, if no agent or attorney is listed, the certification will be sent to you. Please look for this correspondence during the next few weeks.

So once na ma-receive ko iyong certification letter, I'll update my case here. I really hope that we all get our green cards before the end of the year.

jdpbernal, congratulations! got the same email before. though i got approved last October, i still visit the Atlanta PERM tracker to see kung may movement na. mga kabayan, konting intay na lang, darating na rin approval nyo. God bless!
