Why did you go for EB3 instead of EB2. You already have MS + 2 years experience.

1) Requirement for My position is Bachelors + 1 Yr exp ( Does not satisy EB2)
2) Pay 50 K (EB2 requires more pay than this)
3) Out of this 2 yrs Exp, around 1 YR Exp is with Present employer (which does NOT count for GC)

These are 3 reasons for applying on EB3 rather than EB2.

Please let me know which PERM processing center was your case approved from. Atlanta or Chicago ?

Ignore my earlier comment. Did not realise this is Atlanta tracker ! had a long day ! Anyways good luck with the I-140.
