Audit#1:
- Provide the resume for all US workers who applied for employer's job opportunity,
- Provide a report that lists the following information for each US worker
rejected for the job opportunity,
- Dates the employer contacted the US worker
- Dates the employer interviewed the US worker,
- Reasons the US worker was rejected
Audit#2:
- The Certifying officer must consider a US worker able and qualified for the job opportunity
if the worker by education, training, experience
- Documentation explaining why the US applicants not qualified could not have attained the skills
necessary to perform the duties.....
Audit#1:
