Is there any way to contact the DoL to check on processing? I only have a month left on my H1 and need to get LC as well as I-140 approved before i can extend my H-1.

I am also in the same situation that If I don't get both LC and I140 get approved with in a month I won't get the H1B extension. My attorney contacted DOL but there is no proper response. My Priorty date is also at June 10 2008. Let's wait and see our luck.

Congrats, Bet Change is on the way. I am pretty much in the same shoes but applied for 7th year extension by
using the "recapture". Prioroty date is June 09,2008. Why do you need 140 approved as well? I thought with an approved PERM you can file for the 7th year, an approved 140 will allow 3 yr extensions though.
