DOL boasted a 94% rate within 6 month in 07. The reason they can report such a number is simply because they audited an abnormal mount of cases during the later part of 07 and the first a few month of 08. Now they realize that they can not sustain that rate so they will probabely do two things.
(1) ignore audited cases and put all people to handle new cases
(2) with a high chance, step (1) will not give them a comparable rate. So they will resort to the old trick: audit most new cases.
Either way auditing cases will be treated unfairly.
We should start a flower/card campaign. They will probabely redirect those flower/card as the last time. But at least they can no longer boast a nice rate while they are doing a bad job. Their funds eventually depends on their performance. If we don't speak up, they will surely report anything they want to get more funds while doing a terrible terrible job.
