after 2 long years--denied for too many silly reasons not worth mentioning. thank you DOL. will refile and hope for the best, but expect the worst.

request for an audit came up 3 weeks ago. now filing audit response form eta 9089... anyone have experience on this? what should i expect?

it's a standard audit requesting for copies of the recruitment campaign. i should have all the documents in by early next week. any thoughts?
