I don't think we'll start to see any August cases until the monthly report shows a 60 to 70% approval rate in trackitt. Who knows when that will happen, but my guess is that maybe the first weeks of April..

Thanks lamigra. That may be too late for me :( My H1B visa expires may 12th and unless I my PERM is approved before that date, I am done.
