Hi Mir. Could you tell me how long did the DOL take to process your withdrawal request? Its been a couple of months since my company sent a withdrawal request and the status still remains denied, and has not changed to withdrawn

hey, my case was not really withdrawn. basically my job position has changed since my EB-3 application was filed. So the employer had to file a new EB-2 application and will be porting over the date from my older EB-3 application.
