When is your max out date..??
My PD is 06/26 and my max out date is 01/28/2020...
I am in a race against the time...
My max out should have been 2 months ago. I took tons of vacation over the years that helped me with 3 months recapture time. I have a month left and am going premium for i140 to resolve this issue.
Keep all your experience letters from employers to file i140 immediately.
Thanks.. all documents are ready. I hope everything can be filed quickly without any delays specially postal delays.
Can you post here if you are able to file extension of h1b in one month left time?
Sure. Its been a roller coaster ride so far and we need to file i140 and extension before max out. I will update my status here
Looks like you had mentioned days left to max out. are you still in US. if so what are options you have to stay without I-140 approvals. Thanks
I m in USA. I140 to be filed in premium processing and be approved and extension papers should reach USCIS after i140 approval and before my max out day.
One cannot stay in USA beyond h1b max out
1. We need i140 approval and extension filed before max out
2. Extension can be filed for 7th year if your perm was filed in 5th year of H1B and awaiting approval.
I140 is submitted in premium. I am not sure if those 3 inauguration holidays will delay the premium processing time. I will post as soon as my I-140 is approved. Lets hope for the best.
