After a long wait... Denied..the reason for the denial was that the travel/relocation language was not placed on some of the recruitments. Not sure if we can appeal against this decision.. or we need to refile it.

Hello there. I understand your frustration. Same here. Have been waiting so long now. Mine is a Dec 10th 2008 Perm filing. Still no word.

I am in the same boat, my case got denied for similar reason. My case is under appeal with BALCA now.

my employer want to file the labor again.. as its taking 2 weeks for approval now.. they are saying we can not appeal against denial. Problem is I have applied for my H1B extension.. and i think it will be rejected because of labor now... not sure what to do..
