Is your case still on audit or did audit complete successfully?

I am still in audit (3/10/09)

dear jackal, my husband is a physician in 3rd year of waiver job, we applied for perm in early november, as I see ur case is pending for 484 days, this is ur whole green card application or just labor, coz our attorney was saying we should get our labor in 4-6 months inshALLAH but by looking at ur case I am really confuse,so if u can clear this for me. Thanks

Dear Jave, my labor cert by PERM (ie the first step) is still pending, as are the great number of cases filed between Sept 07 and Feb 08. Of course, case length varies very much and cases filed since last Summer, and posted on Trackitt, seem to be approved on average in about 240 days. If you filed in Nov 08, and have not been audited, you should be quite hopeful of having an approval by this June, but please note that there are many cases that are outliers, nowhere near the averages. Also, if the case is audited, you may face quite a delay.
