Yes, Even my maxout is at May 2021. Is there any alternative ways to keep our status in US itself instead leaving the country and coming back?

Congratulations on the PERM approval.
How did you work out the time between maxout and approval?
Trying to understand as I am also in the same boat.

Hi - My maxout is July 5th and I-94 expiry is July 15th. So still have time. Filing I-140 in premium now. I have backup plan of filing B2 visa.

Congratulations!! Hope you're rest of steps are also done in time. I;d suggest to get your extension filed prior to Jul5th and not wait until Jul 15th.
Do you know if your attorney is waiting for physical PERM doc for filing i140 or filing it directly based on online approval received for PERM. Would really appreciate if apart from filing in premium & based on your experience, you can share any other things(to dos or not to dos) that can help to speed up filing i140 at once after PERM approval is received.

Congrats again!

My I-140 was filed next day immediately (June 17, 2021) after PERM approval. Yes, my attorney are very helpful and they would file extension as soon as I-140 is received. You can work with your attorney and get list of all documents required for I-140 and extension in advance. So you can keep them ready to avoid any delay.
