Discuss FDOL's PERM USCIS Case

we still have long time to go before we hear from DOL,i think it takes 8-9 months,that is rediculous,hope you good luck

i am a physician(MD),but still no gurantee,three of my friends(pulmonary physicians,MD)got audit and their applications still pending since 05/08,in fact two of them will withdraw their applications next week,things are crazy with DOL,i am really screwed??
what do you do?keep in touch and good luck

i am also IM physician,i will finish the three year J1 visa obligation on 07/19/09 with my current employer, then i will start as a hospitalist in Huntington,WV.
my new employer in Huntington applied the PERM for me back on 03/04/09 to save sometime,my friends will apply new PERM or go to NIW,because audited cases take FOREVER to be processed (up to two years),so it is better to reapply sometimes?!
