Hi, congrats.....can you share any reasons your case took longer than others ? Mine is Jan 2010 and I am still waiting too.

I am not sure y it is too late but i heard that they have approved/denied all the labours till NOV2009.So in your case u had applied in January2010.Hope u will get it soon

i do agree with you @meetdhananjay but in these days there processing is very fast.Also check with your employer sometime they dont give us especially when see that someone is working with the company.They just want to bound us like my employer.......

Choose "PERM Processing" tab. If you read a note below, that also mentions when you should contact the labor department.
