One question about your perm. Did you mark you the job requirements as NOT normal in the PERM 9089 application

Quick question, was the Masters degree part of your Minimum requirment? IF yes, can you pls tell me how you were able to justify this. Thanks in advance!

The requirement was Masters +2 or 5 Plus years of experience. The position applied was for Software Architect requiring specialized skills in areas of specialized industry.

Thanks! One more clarification- did you actually have Masters +2 under the Minimum requirement or was that under "Preferred" section? Reason I ask is my employer is not willing to put Masters +2 under Min requirement, he says it should go under Preferred section.
