No update.
I called my laywer and asked about it. He sent an email to the labor department sometime ago, 1-2 week, but no response yet.

I think my lawer got a letter. Try calling the labor dept. Sometimes this works. I hope you are aware that your status can be checked online.

Yes, I know I check the status at dol website, but it always in process. My layer said he called them but can't get any information. I talk to my laywer again, to see if they can try again.
