Sorry to hear that my previous aplication went to audit for Business necessity and it took over 2 year to approve. finally my I140 got denied because I did not earn enough prevailing wages for couple of years.. now I am back to PERM.. go figure.

why did they stopped working on audit cases after dec....hope they will soon come to us...

One of the trackiff member got approval with PD 02/14/2011 which is little bit surprising. Do you have any update in your case.

It's CO's fault. The ad copy doesnt have visible date. Attorney is trying to send re-consideration...

I have no idea how mine got filed, but I got a audit as well so I am waiting for the result. hope you get yours straightened out soon
