Hi,

Can you let me know how you found out if your labour petition was approved. Did you get an email from DOL indicating your PERM has been
approved ?

I have applied for PERM (EB2) and have not received any email from DOL. When I check my status it says certified but I have not received any communicaiton from DOL. I work in a very small company and there is no HR to take care of such issues.

Attorney no that my PERM is certified. If your labor is certified, it will take one more week to get the papers from DOL. Don't worry you are safe.
