Denied by DOL-ATLANTA. The denial notice stated that the employer used a trade or professional organization as a recruitment source, but failed to provide copies of the pages of newsletters or trade journals containing advertisements for the occupation involved in the application for the alien employment certification. The above observation was certainly NOT TRUE AT ALL. We have a proof that we did submitted all the documents requested during my audit. My attorney reopened the case by filing MTR(Motion to Reopen). So lets see if DOL-ATLANTA reconsider their decision otherwise we will refile it in next 2 months or so.
