Hi,

I haven't got any updates from my lawyer yet. I am expecting some news good or bad by end of month.

Earlier posts are of Jan 2012, so obviously PD is June 2011.

His priority date is OCT 25 2012. He has applied for perm twice.

Hi All

Sorry for the confusion. My first PERM priority date was June 2011 and second one has Oct 25 2012.
I will be porting my old priority date when I file new I-140.
