This appears to be standard protocol with USCIS, I changed my application status to premium on the 24th and it has been in acceptance since the 25th. The status is supposed to be updated directly to Approved or RFE.

a general question:-

My H1B extension is filed and i have been told that its filed in premium. the current stage is "Initial Review" and it says "a general question:-

My H1B extension is filed and i have been told that its filed in premium. the current stage is "Initial Review" and it says :- "On xxxxx, 2014, we received this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. ----- ".

If filed in premium, does it say anywhere on the Case Status in page the "Initial Review" stage on that the extension is filed in premium or regular? is there a way to figure out what is the mode in which the extension is filed?
