Hi,
Did your status changes to "initial review"?
I applied in premium and it is still in "Acceptance".

I have not received it yet. It usually takes a week to receive the notice since they send out thru first class USPS mail which is the slowest and depends on where you are located.

I think so but it depends on a case to case basis.
