How did it happen that there is only 2 days gap between the RFE recieved date and the RFE replied date.
I hear that usually it takes about a week for the RFE mail itself to reach the lawyers office.

Rye was submitted on May 15the but got updated as rye response received today only.

I recently replied to RFE, the status changed to show that the decision will be made by 26th July. I am wondering if they are writing this same sentence for all RFEs. What does your status mention as decision date ? Mine is under premium processing.

Yes even i got the same sentence. I think it is a generic response. Mine is July 28th. I have seen people getting response within 15 days. Expect your results this week. How many days, since you have submitted the RFE?

The status was changed today that said I129 was approved on 5th June. That is 9 days after RFE was received by USCIS. Hopefully your result will be out soon.

yes, the status changed today morning but showed that it was approved on 5th june.

are we allowed to file extension in premium, My attorney is saying premium is not allowed now. Extension filed on 5/15 regular .. still pending
