H1B Transfer was filed with extension request using premium processing, but with the recent premium processing suspension, this will not be considered under PP.
Does anybody know if the attorney can re-file just the transfer in PP (without any extension request this time)? Not sure if USCIS allows same employer to submit two transfer application for a candidate. Any help will be appreciated.
