Is your case based on I140 or normal H1B Extension ?
when did you changed to PP on 17 or 22nd ?

I also did PP upgrade on 17th and received date is 22nd July

Mine is normal H1B extension, it was filed under premium on 17th july

sairamsaishyam - Can you pls tell me what are the steps in the case history? Mine filled on 24th under PP but still it is saying "case was received and emailed the notice". thanks

There were only 2 steps updated....

First, Application received and receipt emailed
Second, Case approved and approval email sent.
