I really dont know. My HR did the paperwork. She just asked me to send some photocopies of new passport and other documents.

Can you pls share ur I-94 expiry date? Im not sure what was the order in which they are approving. Looks like it is not even based on submission date. People who have submitted after mine has already received the approvals in regular process.

hi, my i 94 expiration date is jan 5th 2016. I dont know what criteria they are using. I thought it was first come first serve basis. But looks like its not that.
