I applied for my h1b visa extension on august 2016 and my case is transferred in Vermont center to California on 28th Feb 2017 now my company's attorney can't do PP for h1b extension even though I want to pay myself for the PP my compan's attorney dont do that some cap's problem or some company's policy so my question is what is the other option for the PP for the h1b extension because I have only 3 months remaining for the 240 days. Can I do PP through other Attorney?
