Did you get to know the reason for RFE?

I need to submit documents related to SOW/PO between Employee and client. Some employer documents and proof for existence of work location

Hi Golum, When did you received RFE details and how email or FAX? MY case also got RFE but RFE details are not yet received to attorney till now.

I am not sure about the medium of RFE details as my attorney informed me over email. But I think its through mail as the RFE letter has a date 4 days after the date of status change date

How long did it take to get your receipt number? And does NSC sends receipt number via email to attorney/employer.

It took around 3-4 days to get the receipt number. Attorney will get it via email and hard copy both

H4 is still pending in my case

did you got your H1B approved petition, any idea why h4 is not approved did you check with your attorney? hope this might help for me also

H4 EAD Status changed to 'New Card Is Being Produced'. But H4 status changed to 'Name Was Updated'.

Congrats Golum. Hope some changes come in my cases. My wife just lost her job because of delay in EAD. Can you ping me your case# @ [email protected]

Got approval notice for H4 although status shows 'Name was updated'

@Golum - oh great !!! can you create a login and check the history. once you created a login with uscis you can able to see complete history on the case and post the history so that it will help for many people

Here are the timelines -

H1B -
1/27/17 - Uscis received the package
2/6/17 - Email from Nebraska USCIS
2/6/17 - Attorney got receipt
2/8/17 - Status changed to 'Name was updated'
2/10/17 - status changed to RFE
2/14/17 - Got the RFE Letter
3/10/17 - RFE replied
3/21/17 - Case Approved
3/24 - Attorney got approval notice

H4 -
1/27 - Uscis received the package
2/6/17 - Attorney got the receipt along with H1b, I got the receipt as well at my address.
3/13/17 - Status changed to 'Name was updated' from 'Case was received'
4/21/17 - Got the approval notice but status didn't change

H4 EAD -
1/27 - Uscis received the package
2/6/17 - I got the receipt at my address.
4/14 - Status changed to 'New Card has been ordered'
4/18 - Status changed to approved
4/20 - Status changed to 'Card was mailed'

@Golum - seems like H4 would have approved on Mar13 before your approval . thanks for the complete history . many people who are on same boat like me on H4Status? dont know whats going to happens lets see :)

Typo on h4 status - status changed on 4/13 not on 3/13

h1b approved on 20 april but not recieved email .. did this happen to any one?

Just got the H4 approval notification today. Took more than 5 and a half months, regular processing, Nebraska.

any updates on H4, if anybody got approved did you got the approved petiton via post, in my case H4 approved only my attorney got the approval notice i have not got yet
