Hi, Did you get any update on your case as it has passed more than 15 days?

Its complicated, the extension was sent to Nebraska but got the receipt on 04/05 with Vermont receipt number. Moreover, the receipt# returns a validation error on the USCIS website. Thus not sure of what is happening. Not sure if there was delay is receiving the receipt# or as folks mentioned some issues with getting details of specific receipt#. confused!

I just heard from my attorney that they receipt# they had updated on their portal was inaccurate. The receipt number they had updated was from Vermont (EAC****) while my application was sent to Nebraska and that had me confused. The receipt was failing validation check on USCIS website. Attorney has now filed a query with USCIS to get details on my case.
Hope that explains all the confusion around my case.

if you see Nebraska center has started working on H1 premium petitions which were received around 28-29 March means at the end of premium filing deadline. so it looks like starting next week they can take up H4 and EAD cases as they are done with premium processing cases.

H4 approved today.
H4 had a uscis received date of 03/30 while H1 has received date of 04/20. Strange right?

if H4 got approved it means that your H1 is already approved, if you looking at on-line, for some people it is getting updated in 1-2 days. So rest assure your case has been approved and will be updated online in 1-2 days.

H1B is still pending.

Received the courtesy H4 approval notice which says the original is set to the attorney. There was no delay in getting the courtesy H4 approval notice once it was approved.
