Hi,

I applied to Vermont in PP for my extension and my visa expires in less than 8 days and my application reached USCIS on March 27th yesterday received call from my attorney saying USCIS sent back my package saying they have too much backlog.

Let me know if you receive your receipt number.

Congrats! So it took 22 days for premium processing for you? Wow...good to know that they are not rejecting applications as you said above.

Has your status changed online as well? I remember you saying yesterday your case was not approved. Pls update , it will be helpful
