Discuss mk01's H-1B USCIS Case

USCIS says its approved online for me only whereas H4 still case was received. also Its just case was approved not cas approved and decision emailed. is there anybody like me

@mk01 - I saw someone posted a comment, H4 is approved in a delay of ~ 10 days from H1 Approval at Nebraska. Do not worry I will not be considered as normal /regular case.

@suson , Also My status Mar25-PP rcvd, Mar28-case received and decision was email and now Its just Case was Approved. not like case approved and decision emailed. Dont know whether they processed as premium or normal.

@mk01 - It would have processed as Premium Only.

any news on H4 and EAD approval ?

mine H4 still not approved whereas H1 approved. Seems H4 will get as normal processing though you applied premium not sure howfar its true https://www.murthy.com/2017/03/23/newsflash-processing-delays-for-h-4ead-applications-filed-with-h1b-premium-processing-cases/

and I don't see any H4/EAD approvals on 31st march and 3rd april

Reveived hard copy for both H1 and H4. As per the petition approval copy, below is the date.

H1 - 04/10
H4 - 04/13

@suson - when is your H4 approved . whether the status changed in uscis site ?

I got my h1 and my spouses h4 EAD approved, however, I didn't get receipt notices for H4 yet. Not sure what is going on, anyone facing similar issues? My date of filing is 03/28 and my H1 approved on 04/07 and EAD approved on 04/11.

Case filed for H1 and H4 - 07/11/2016
Converted to Premium on 03/23/2017
Application received uscis - 03/31
H1 Approved - 04/10
H4 Approved - 04/13 (But no updates on USCIS, till today its showing as Case was received.

Received hard copy of H1 and H4 on 04/21

@suson - did you got H1 & H4 approved petition together through your attorney , or H1 through attorney and H4 through post ?

I got my dependent H4 ovals along with my H1 approval from my attorney today. From the dates both H1 and H4 are approved together on Apr-7th

H4 is still pending and H4EAD is about to expire in the next week.

any updates on H4, if anybody got approved did you got the approved petiton via post, in my case H4 approved only my attorney got the approval notice i have not got yet
