I have query if you guys help, if my wife H4 EAD renewal applied with her H4 renewal process. If she dont get renew card but have I-765 receipts for EAD card renewal for h4, does she work after our recent H1/H4 expire?

I know H1 Can work on receipt but does also same applied to H4 - EAD? when EAD old is expiered and renewal ongoing have receipt?

she can not but some employers let them work pending w9, some prefer to ask employee to go on leave without pay for time being.
