I think we are in the same situation, my petition was filed on Mar 30 and arrived at USCIS on Mar 31. Did you hear anything from your attorney or employer?

I am in same boat as both of you. Package delivered to Vermont center of 31st. I will follow-up with the attorney and update here...

One thing I noticed.. at Vermont center a lot of applications were delivered on 31st in premium, and they accepted the premium processing same day, and I checked the receipt number shared by one of the members here, the user liochao, and then tried by incrementing 1 at a time upto the receipt number ending with ..504, Seems, on same day(126 which was 31st), no petitions after 504 were present, fingers crossed, ours would be one of those accepted in premium too!

This is what I heard back from my attorney:

Not yet. By way of update, we have finally received the receipt notices for petitions that we filed back on the 24th. Considering a 10 day backlog, we will likely receive the e-receipt notice for your petition this weekend or early next week.

Please also note that the receipt date will remain the day the petition was received, so we should still anticipate a final decision from USCIS around 3rd week of April.

By the way 15 days ends on 14th April. It should be direct approval.. I can definitely see 2 approvals, who were received same day in premium...EAC1712652500, EAC1712652048

Just got my receipt number.. As per email "Date Received: 03/31/2017" and they mentioned "The California Service Center will adjudicate this case within 15 calendar days of the "received date" set forth above."

And in USCIS Site :
On April 5, 2017, we received your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker.

Looks ok to me. it's going for premium processing.

Congrats, I haven't got any notification yet, my attorney is very busy with the new stuff, she says it should be premium.

Same case as Mine. Mine was applied(premium H1 transfer) on 03/30 and got notification of receipt as 03/31. But in online USCIS site, it says April 5. But I think what date mentioned in the notification (email /mail) matters. So hoping it is getting processed in premium.
The service center is Vermont.

My Attorney emailed me that they got courtesy approval notice through email today. Online case tracker still shows case was received.

On April 11, 2017, we approved your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number WAC171265****. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice
