No receipt yet...I think this problem is with Nebraska. I should get probably 2-3 after you get. And the calendar days only begins from the receipt date not the fedex date which is very convenient for them :)
I do not think so and did not read it anywhere. Anything that has reached them before 4/3 should be considered premium. I hope they consider the fedex date there.
But in any case acc to them the 15 calendar days starts when your check is deposited and receipt # is mailed. Got this info from customer care
Guys I am in the same boat . The thing is I applied on Mar16 to Vermont center in premium..they transferred the application to Nebraska.. and I still did not receive the receipt yet. Not sure what going on with Nebraska Service center.
Guys I got the physical receipt today to my employer rather than e-mail receipt to my attorney . My application was received by vermont center on Mar 16 and was transferred to Nebraska later...The receipt date was on 7th april..
Guys my case got approved yesterday . It seems people with application received date Mar 28th got the approvals yesterday. My receipt date was Mar 28th on the attorney's e-mail. Hope this helps.
Don't worry @dreamfuze..they will back date the receipt date..that's what happened in my case.. and once the receipt is generated its matter of one day for the approval..
today morning I met my employer & HR they told may or maynot be premium after March 30 or 31st NSC because looks it's too delayed and still not cut any fees.
hey all! i'm still waiting for my receipt..filed on mar 29th under PP.. can anyone tell if it will be considered as PP even if it passes the 15 day clock?.. i see many whose petitions filed in the last week of March are getting receipts...thanks for your inputs!
my case was approved on April 24th 2017. Receipt notice was mailed on May 18th. So i'm kinda hopeful I should get my approval notice in the next couple weeks..atlest
