Hi, Have you got receipt number?

Attorneys have said they have not received any receipt number

when did you received receipt?

March 28th - FEDEX delivery date
April 6 - Receipt received
April 10 - I129 was received and notice updated that it is being processed in Nebraska center
April 11 - I129 approved

@vishnu38 - any updates on H4

No information received on H4. Havent even received the receipt number

same here. no news on H4 receipt. Please update if u get the receipt.

if you see Nebraska center has started working on H1 premium petitions which were received around 28-29 March means at the end of premium filing deadline. so it looks like starting next week they can take up H4 and EAD cases as they are done with premium processing cases.

H4 receipt received on April 18th. "On March 28, 2017, we received your Form I-539, Application to Extend or Change Nonimmigrant Status, Receipt Number LIN1714XXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by April 27, 2017, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283"

H1 -> Do you received the hard copy of the approval notice.
H4 -> Do the receipt details available on USCIS site.

Please help me on this.

H1 -> I am yet to receive the hard copy
H4 -> The receipt can be tracked on the USCIS site but the information has not changed since the above post.
