I am surprised that they did not issue you a receipt date April 12 since that is your received date

April 12 is when my employer mailed the file and April 25 is when they received.

I understand. I wonder why it took 13 days. Usually, employers send it via express shipping and USCIS is supposed to issue the receipt based on the mail stamps
