I received an email from Lawyer about apporval today. Still waiting for I797. Online status is not updated for H1b yet. Waiting for H4 approval and EAD.

Posted by My attorney told me that they deduct the check for I 129 and I 539 on May 3. Premium processing check was not deducted from the account. I recieved the notice for H4 on friday 5/5/17. Notice date was 5/1/17. I am still waiting for H1b notice.

Hey who is your attorney? is it someone based nearby boston or new hampshire ? same thing happened to me as my employer. My attorney does not even respond except to my employer and I dont even have a receipt number yet so do not know the received date.
My attorney is in New Jersey.
My case was transfered to CSC on 14th June. Recieved notice for H4 about transfer on 6/19.

Do you mean that you replied on august 4th for RFR and they approved today august 7th???
I replied for H4 Rfe on 4th. H1b was approved on July 21st. Lawyer got the notice of H1b approval on 7th August. Still waiting for h4 approval. Online status is still not updated for H1b.
