Immibs, so you moved residence when application was pending right, and rfe was just for that?

No - moved residence to take up another role within the same company. Had filed H1-B amendment for change of location in Sept 2016, which got approved on March 8, 2017. Then filed the H1-B extension on March 31, 2017 which got the RFE mentioned above.
