WOuld you mind saying if this was from any other visa and applied in USA or india

In USA ..previous H1B, I changed employer to go back to old one but they missed h1b 60 days transfer time. Hence have to file new H1B.

Thanks am waiting for h4-h1 ,looks like cap exempt cases are picked up faster hopefully

My lawyer says 7-9 months min. for Vermont

really heard from lawyers that cases are moving quickly with PP on hold 3-4 months now

I tracked couple of cases from April after cancelling PP. They are still pending.
