Hi,
Can you tell me , either you Work EVC Model or EC model with top Indian Consultancy?
Was there any MSA between Vendor and Client?
This information may help me

Yes, I work on EVC model.

Yes it is pretty risky to go without a Client letter in EVC Model particularly where they cannot find evidence of you (Or Your petitioner) in MSA or Client letter
Hopefully this time it will clear for you as you are providing all docs
