Why are you saying premium in notes?? In the forum you are saying it is not amendment, update your note..

It looks like to me also, but USCIS Deduct my money already today, on Monday they received my request, on Tuesday they updated on their site, and wensday morning approved

your online status says approved, I guess they finally decided your application is premium :)
