No update, delay could be due to Holidays.
With USCIS case status website broken (as reported by others), Most likely only way to know is through lawyer- whenever they get it, whatever they get it.

USCIS mailed it today, will know the reason by next week.

Thank you, Shini. I heard that USCIS site is not getting updated by status.. what happen in your case? Is this updated?
Mine is also for 10th October but our office is closed until Jan'1. so wouldn't be able to find correct status..

Yes. I read somewhere that if they issue RFE, status gets updated. Mine was updated as well so its true.

Yes. USCIS needs client letter and updated SoW's specific to pertitioner's name.
