Yes, my case number is showing approved from 15th but my wife H4 case number is not even recognized in the uscis my cases web page, lawyer has reeived the approval notice and is shipping it to me now, some issue in the system, please consult with your lawyer for Clear updates and wait for the result, good luck!

My h1b application was filed in premium processing in ca center. It was approved on 11th Jan but employer/attorney havent recieved original copy of I-797A yet. Did your employer received copy of I-797A. How long did it take?

Yes, employer received the original approval notice and is in the process of sending it to me. lawyer got on 16th, employer got on 19th, i am still waiting..
