Hi, Were you nearing your 240 days post visa expiration? I just wanna understand if they are currently looking at cases where H1B is already expired or nearing validity deadline

No, My last I94 expired on March 17th only.

They don't check the cases based on I94 expiration. It's just a random basis after working on premium cases. I might be wrong.
