What was the RFE reason?

I94 expired and rfe on extension .need to clear rfe on extension

@kunalks2003 mine is regular and like you still, the online status not changed to received response for rfe.My RFE was responded on 30th Jan 2018

If second RFE is replied on Feb 15th, You should have some outcome by now , its March 20 and urs is PP, can you kindly let us all know ... whats the outcome //

@Sairam1982 sorry for the miss understanding I was not able to clear the filed as it was goving error . Today the attorney has replied for the second rfe and is waiting to get the confermation of reciving the response . Hope it gets approved .

not sure all the document where taken care by attorney and employer. I dont think there was any question regarding my education i have 10.5 year experience .

Thanks for ur reply Kunal, I have heard about some RFEs due to non CS Degree, but I think, in urcase as u have 11 yrs, didnt matter probably ...

If 21 is the day they acknowledged, then today we are on Day 13. My case is also same like yours

Got Email update from New Site Old site still has same status

Did you check status https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing

yes I got new I94 but its of no use as Iam in India.

@4k10 new website is https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ this one gets updated first and usualy allways. You also get email notification from it .

My case is similar to yours...I am trying to get little more information. So your transfer filed after your i94 expiration but you got new i-94 with transfer eventhough your extension is still pending?

transfer was filed after i got an rfe on my extension and I94 expired. got two rfe and then got approval with i94 even though iam not in the country the transfer was done in counselor processing

Hi Kunal : Can you pls post about your first RFE reason? My petition was also under consular process and for RFE recently.

my I94 was expired and extension got an RFE . The RFE on Transfer was to clear RFE on Extension. so had to leave country to avoid the delay and still the extension is not approved
