Can you tell me what all documents you and attorney prepared for this RFE?

Could you please share SOC code and wage level? are you working in EVC model ( employer - vendor- client)?

I Provided the following
1.Project Description, detailed Duties along with the percentage of time spent in performing them
2. Organizational chart
3.Relevant coursework from degree and how it relates to the duties he will perform
4.Client-specific letter.
5.All recent pay stubs
In addition to that Attorney might have submitted (not sure)
1.Expert Opinion Letter
Any other document which attorney submitted I am not aware.

I am deputed at third party site by my direct employee.

@4k10, where did you get export opinion letter ? Or attorney got this letter?

@dk3456 No update Still the status not changed on USCIS site to indicate RFE Response received.Worried as now almost 2 months will be completed no status change.

Did you check the status on the new URL ? http://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

@dk3456 yes .I checked even I put tracking on Email and Sms to notify when t changes

That's great. One of my friend who applied in September didn't get any response yet. No RFE, no status change on both the sites. I guess they are still processing his case :(
