You filed Transfer in March and its approved. Did you applied the transfer from India or are you staying here with valid I-94. Please provide the more details, so that It will help me. My transfer denied and reapplied with different employer, waiting for the decision.

Hello Sharma, I have two Amendment + Extension denials from same employer, I have valid I94 till April 27th 2018.
After the second denial, I immediately made transfer arrangements before getting hard copy to my hand.

Thanks for the response, Amendment + Extension and Transfer is for the same client? Did you updated your SOC code and duties in the Transfer?
Yes, it is for the same client. I updated the SOC code and LCA designation. I don't think duties were updated.
