dont worry buddy, its usual practice from USCIS, I am in the same boat. I did some analysis on trackitt, a majority of the RFEs are resolved into approvals, we all need to sit tight with patience.

just spoke to the attorney and they say the Education Evaluation document that was submitted with my case was invalidated saying a 'Professor' is not the person who should be creating it , it should be from a School.

what did your attorney say on this? what's your educational background and IT experience?

I have a B.Tech degree from India ( non CS) , and have 10 years of IT experience. The attorney said they plan to create another Education Evaluation document with a different vendor this time. Any suggestions on what documents or references to include will be helpful !

I am letting my attorney handling this and not bothering them much with questions. I will let you know when I talk to them about this RFE. Is your attorney concerned about this RFE or its usual?

no they are , and so is my new employer. I had a conference call with all of them this morning.

I received an email from the attorney at 2 pm CST , so I am assuming they too were noticed today some time back.
The status is not updated at either of the websites yet though!

Can you pls elaborate on the expert opinion letter, did your attorney asked you to submit past experience letters in addition to that? Will you be comfortable sharing your attorney's RFE response on education eval to [email protected] ?

Thanks @its_my_life. The Education Evaluation is very specific to my role and experience. I can however share the list of documents submitted :
1. Education Evaluation from a University Professor.
2. CV and other details of the professor responsible for Document 1
3. Education Evaluation from another University Professor and their CV and other details.
4. Experience Letter from Previous job , CV and Degree Certificates.

@sjc20 - Thanks for sharing, this is helpful. My attorney submitted exactly the same documents. Can you help with#4, was experience letter on corporate letterhead or personal affidavit? Will you be able to share the sample (internet link is fine) that worked for you for experience letter? Did you get a letter indicating job duties?

The experience letter was on Company's letter head from old manager stating my job responsibilities in my older job. Try to include skills that match with current job posting as much as possible.

@sjc20 - Thanks much, this looks like basic info, I have seen similar online but not sure if this would suffice. Did similar format work for you or you included heavy words in the application?

@its_my_life the language was pretty simple and similar to the template and the only heavy words used were those mentioning the skills/tech etc.
