@Vermont_RFE: Any updates yet ? Is this a full-time/EC/EVC position ? What is your wage level ? What is your education background ?

No updates, It's FTE but have to work at client site.
wage level 1, although salary offered is equivalent of 4.
Engineering in computer science.

Its approved with 2 year validity. Not sure, if I should get a new I94 (new record number)in approved petition or my last I 94 which is expired now with new validity.

@test1techie : Sorry I don't know about it. But I think its related to job responsibilities based on attorney's response.
