Did your case history shows something like this as well before RFE and stopped premium processing? “We corrected your name for your case”? I am checking as I got RFE today and it shows this also.

Oh ok. Also for speciality occupation can you share what was the job title requested for and soc code for lca? Is your company legal team providing any new documents based on RFE? I am asking as now a days most FTE Jobs are getting that RFE and I am thinking may be I got that one.

no worries @decemberkicks, I did not join my new employer based on receipt number as I did not had that much confidence on their legal department as they never share much details being a big multi national company. Hence I guess it is ok as this was a transfer and did not happen after I joined them during extension. Only thing little bit disappointed as once got some good FTE job, but their legal department is not kind of good to make it through or so.

Posted by decemberkicks
28 Sep 2018 #34
@ramaram@anih yeah its FTE, Fragomen lawfirm. Ive provided employment verification letters from all my previous employers and all my bachelors & masters certs. Thanks and All the Best.

28 Sep 2018 #35
@decemberkicks what do you mean by employment verification letters,does submitting pay stubs not provide as proof that you were employed and just curious was it asked in your RFE by USCIS to submit?
Posted by decemberkicks
28 Sep 2018 #36
@anih Actually those letters were required to generate expert opinion letter from third party service not to USCIS.
Posted by anih
28 Sep 2018 #37
@decemberkicks did attorney request them as even i have similar RFE and is handled by fragomen,but they didn't request me.and also what was mentioned in the employment verification letters
Posted by decemberkicks
28 Sep 2018 #38
Yes @anih they told me to get them, its mostly for your role and responsibilities.

@decemberkicks, @Shreyan212, @Staypositive25 Can you guys please help me out since I am also on same boat got degree relevance RFE, What all documents are needed to submit. My background is in EE and we submitted all Masters and bachelor certificates.

29 Sep 2018 #40
@NP21

For this the best thing Is submit expert opinion letter from a PHD professor and after that it’s our luck.

To get the expert opinion letter, we need to provide our degree certificates, mark sheets, experience letter or employment verification letters for all ur employers.

Professor will prOvide a letter which states that ur Indian degree is relevant to American degree and ur progressive experience will help in doing ur work.

It’s the best bet. How much is ur experience ??

29 Sep 2018 #41
@staypositive have you done masters from United States?
Posted by Staypositive25
29 Sep 2018 #42
No.. I did btech mechanical and 11+ Years IT experience.
Posted by anih
29 Sep 2018 #43
Ok just asking because my attorney did not ask any employment letters at be because I have masters from US
Posted by anih
29 Sep 2018 #44
@decemberkicks do you have masters from US as you were also mentioning that you have submitted employment verification letter
Posted by decemberkicks
29 Sep 2018 #45
@anih Yes I have my masters in Mech Engg and also I have submitted employment verification letters upon lawyers request. If your attorney can get expert letter without employment verification letters then you are good, all you need is expert letter.

@Staypositive25
i did Masters in EE from USA and have 3 years experience
as discuss with lawyer and he suggested that they will get evaluation
done from Silvergate as they are already working with them but from my end not sure is that enough?? thinking to get one more letter from PHD prof
do anyone have suggestions and to whom i should contact ??

@decemberkicks
you submitted employment verification letter from previous employer does that mean work experience letter ??

29 Sep 2018 #49
@NP21

There 2 things
1) Education evaluation letter
2) Expert opinion letter

Silver gate will do both. Even I did from same. As u have masters and less they are experience may be they are going for education evaluation my case is the opposite only bachelors and 11 years so did expert opinion letter. As far I know expert opini N has more precedence to education evaluation, because it includes both. It’s my opinion just check with ur attorney again.

@Staypositive25
Thank you what if we try to submit both ? or we need to any any one of those?
